Got this from the WoW general board...

There seems to have been several undocumented patch notes. Go ahead and add yours here.

Compiled from comments below (up to page 4)

*Christmas specific*

-Lights and wreaths on buildings in Stormwind and Ironforge
-No change in Darnassus
-Goblin sellers/Christmas Wagon set up in IF and SW
-Santa (Father Winter) in IF next to bank.
-Xmas tree (or Winter Veil Feast tree) in explorers Hall in IF
-New items: Snowballs, recipes.
-New Quests: 2 at goblin in IF, 1 at santa, 1 at guy on left side of bank (disgruntled dwarf)


*Flight paths*

- There is a new Horde Flypoint in Burning Steppes. It connects to Badlands and Swamp of Sorrows. It is located at the cave north of the Ruins of Thaurissan.


*General*

- Patch downloader switched to Bit Torrent distribution method.
- Many pieces of armor have had thier AC adjusted up or down. (to many to list)
- Cooked food made from caught fish now sells for less.
- Rat Quests added to Deeptram Instance between SW and IF
- Snows now in snowy areas (unconfirmed)
-All Primary Professions now have a fee associated with them for learning new levels Aprentice: 10 copper, Journeyman: 5 silver, Expert: 50 silver, Artisan: 5 gold.
- When looking at skills from a profession trainer there used to be Available/Unavailable check boxes. Now there is a filter drop down from which you can select learned, available, unavailable.
- All crafted ammo has had its DPS reduced by .5 i.e. Mithril Slugs are now 12.5 instead of 13.0
- Voice emote commands changed from "/v emote" to just "/emote".
- The Guild window no longer shows if members are Grouped or not (unconfirmed)
- I have noticed this the most, the Mob respawn rate has been increase. Almost seems that it is 1/4 of what it was prior (unconfirmed)
- Idle animations happen more frequently...a lot more.
- Loot drops, have increased in value. My Warlock, upgraded her robe, bracers, and gloves. And the value of what was dropped increased. (Unconfirmed)
- Tabbing for targets range has been significantly reduced. This has been confirmed by many players; see thread on Tech Support forum.
- War drums now occur whenever a player is in a PVP area (i.e., contested area) and buffs another player, heals
- Added graphics to gun shot (smoke and sparks leaving muzzle).
- Tool tips hover over players information has been changed adding a PvP Enabled/Disabled line as well as a Note line
- New pet animations
- Added a toggle that prevents mouse-impaired people from dragging their skills out of their bars by accident.
- There is a difference in the group leader menu for changing loot settings. Everything used to be one menu, now there are submenu's.
- Before, you could set loot to uncommon, meaning players would have to roll for anything green or higher. Now, it can be set to green, blue, or purple.
- Certain monsters, especially certain elites, have had a serious increase in damage output, something near 3x as much. it seems that WC elites hit harder as well as the dragonkin in azshara. (Unconfirmed)
- mine in pvp (contested) zones nerfed, No alliance or Horde? can mine the nodes in them. (Unconfirmed) Possibly has something to do with pvp contested mines in the future releases?
- Smelting iron (at 125 skill) no longer seems to give skill (displays grey on smelt menu) - same for any other metal i can mine and smelt (unconfirmed)


*Classes*

Hunter

- Pet focus regen halved at best if not more.
- Hunter mana regen cut by ~25%.
- Resists for shots and stings way up. Also seeing a lot more deflections on both players and mobs.

Mage

- Polymorph times in PvE and PvP have been reduced

Rogue

- Rogue Duel Wield spec has changed the offhand from doing >100% damage to 75% weapon damage. Explanation is 5 points in duel wield increases damage by 50% and 50% of 50% is 25% so 50% + 25% = 75%.
- Rogue Miss rate increased? And damage reduced? *Unconfirmed*
- New level 24 Rogue quest available at your local Rogue trainer. (Unconfirmed) Quest for what??
- Increased Blade Flurry cost to 25 energy
- Feint animation changed from 3 lines over mobs head to a white light emanating from mob chest.

Paladin

- Judgement of Command is now working properly

Shaman

- Tidal Mastery no longer effect the sock series of spells
- Poison Cleansing and Grounding Totems now have real graphics for their icon, not generic ones.

Warlock

- Warlock: Pets now have 'happy' icon. Are Warlock pets ever unhappy?
- Pets now have their own character stats page, on a separate tab, like the player.

Warrior

- Slam is still not working as intended. Your weapon timer resets upon completion of channeling.
- Sweeping Strikes + Cleave combo seems to have been removed, there's currently arguements both ways (I tested and it seems to be nerfed)
- Intercept was supposed to be changed from 15 rage to 10 rage and damage reduced. Rage still 15 and damage was reduced.
- Bloodrage now grants 10 initial rage and rest ticks over time.
- Mortal Strike now does base damage in ranks instead of 200% weapon damage.


*Race*

Tauren
- Taurens no longer get racial war stomp trait while in animal form.

Troll
- Troll gun firing animations fixed, no longer loops reloading animation between shots.

Undead
- Undead now show then reaching at the ground and picking things up to eat when they use cannibalize (instead of moving their hands in a circle)

Gnomes
- Racial trait escape artist has had the cool down time increased to 5 min from 1 min


*New Bugs*

- Possible glitch in being drunk/drunk on Christmas-related alchohol, gryphons/hippogryphs will fly into walls and get stuck there, causing players to need to log out/restart (unconfirmed)
- Throwing a snowball at someone that just got on a griffon will cause them to instantly appear at their destination.
- Disabling Helm& Cloak will disable them when you're playing, but not a character select.
- Emotes are all general now and not directed. Ie /v thanks with someone targeted used to emote a thanks to that person, it now just thanks everyone else around.

Note: Please no whining, griping or flaming. Just document changes that you've noticed in this patch that were not officially documented by blizzard.
